A brief for three types of residential dwellings - studio, one-bedroom apartment and a family housing. The project takes into consideration transitions from public to private, site specifications such as shadows, corner location, passage through the residential complex, links to Main St. and backside facing street.

The project started by choosing a site through a group analysis of the positive and negative features of each of the given sites.

Once the “big” site (site 3) had been chosen, the relationship between volumes and the potential arrangement of different dwellings was put in consideration.
