Dumbarton Castle was the primary location on which the main two projects for Stage 1 took place. For the purpose, we were all asked to work together in order to produce detailed plans and sections, on which we could further base our design proposals. We were provided with full geodetic equipment and machinery, so we can accurately record the topographic conditions of the site. The drawings were supposed to be individually hand- drawn using the survey data. Moreover, each student had to do an in-depth research and include specific information in the produced drawings, which in my case was focused on the paths through the castle and main tourist points.
